My wife and I absolutely loved working with Jen! We felt that it was really important to have both great photos and a great fit with our photographer (someone we'd feel comfortable having private moments with and with whom we'd want to spend a significant portion of our wedding day). Before we met Jen, we already knew she took incredible photos. And then from our very first meeting, we knew that we'd want her beside us on our special day: her sincerity, the humour and joy with which she approached the process, and her genuine interest in our love for each other.

On our wedding day, she photographed us during several private moments and these moments became highlights of our day, getting to laugh together the three of us, and use the area around us to have a mini adventure that Jen documented. Outside of the photoshoots, she took incredible photos of our ceremony and reception and the magical moments happening between guests that were occurring without us (so when we got the photos we felt we were truly everywhere, and saw all our loved ones connecting).

Other important things to note for the most stressful event of your life: Jen was super professional and organized, seamlessly melted into the background when big moments were happening, and got us back our full set of photos SO QUICKLY that we were in complete shock! We could not be happier with our photos: the way that she has captured our personality so well, and the beauty of the moments themselves, as if in motion. We found Jen when we searched google for photographers who had shot at our venue before. Her style of photography immediately caught our attention and as soon as we met her over skype we knew she was the photographer that we wanted to capture the special moments on our wedding day. Jen was incredible to work with. She was quick to respond to our emails and always did so with wording that put a smile on our faces. Jen was incredibly helpful when we were trying to organize our timeline for the day, photo and non-photo related.

On the day of, she was cool, calm, collected and so much fun! We had an amazing time spending several hours with her and her assistant, taking the absurd number of photos we requested. Jen really shined when she was able to corral all 90+ of our family members for a long series of group shots before the ceremony. About a week after our ceremony we received a sneak peek of our photos, the full set came a few weeks after that. The photos are INCREDIBLE. Jen really captured our day. We were so thrilled with Jen, both for our engagement shoot and wedding. She's super chill, but also incredibly professional and talented. Her way of putting everyone at ease made for so many amazing shots.
For our engagement shot, we met up in the Junction (Toronto) and just roamed around the neighbourhood for an hour super casual. When we got our photos back, we could hardly believe how many different types of shots and locations she managed to capture. We loved so many of them that it made it amazingly easy to put together the wedding website, invitations and guest book. At the wedding, Jen was so efficient with the portrait/family photos (which turned out wonderful!) that Rick and I had tons of time to mingle with our guests at our cocktail hour which was important to us. The majority of her shots are documentary style, so unposed, but it seems like she was everywhere at once and captured all the best moments. Photos in both rounds came back in a very reasonable amount of time (a couple of weeks at the most). Booking Jen was one of the best decisions of our wedding!

We had Jen do our engagement photos in January 2018 and she was our wedding photographer for our September 21 2018 wedding. Jen was so amazing throughout the whole process. She sent us helpful tips and questionnaires to keep us on track and get us thinking about all the little things we needed to figure out.
On the day of our wedding Jen and her assistant Amy were so great at getting everyone together for the shots we wanted and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. They ensured all the little details (like no sunglasses or wallets in the guys' pockets) were taken care of and made everyone feel natural and comfortable when doing our photos.
