2019 is coming to an end and at the risk of sounding super basic… it flew by. Our family had our share of amazing, happy moments (and a few really shitty ones) but here we are at the end of the decade. This coming week I’ll be heading to St. Catharine’s to capture my final wedding of the year which also happens to be my 200th wedding! Let me tell you something, the feelings are ALL happening right now lol! I’m excited to celebrate New Year’s Eve with this incredibly sweet couple – I truly couldn’t have found a more adorable, kind, and fun pair to help mark the end of such a huge chapter in my life & career. This Cherry Beach Engagement session in Toronto was one of the most fun I had this past summer, I’m thrilled to finally share it.
Sam & Steve know how to make things special. They took a day off work, booked a room at my fave hotel (shoutout to the Broadview), and made a staycation out of their engagement session. I met them in the lobby before we wandered Leslieville and ultimately headed to Cherry Beach. They sauntered, snuggled, laughed, danced, and popped champagne before calling it a night. It was as perfect as it gets! I’m pretty confident that I only scratched the surface of their awesomeness, their New Year’s Eve wedding will definitely be one for the books.
Thank you Samantha & Steve for asking me to be part of your big day – I truly can’t wait to document your big day… let the countdown begin!
